Refund Policy

Refund handling depends on the transaction type, payment provider status, country rules, booking status, verification outcome, and whether funds have already been released or withdrawn.

Wallet Deposits

Wallet deposits that fail, expire, duplicate, or cannot be matched to a completed provider payment may be reversed or reviewed. Completed wallet deposits may require compliance checks before withdrawal or refund.

Booking and Listing Payments

Where booking or listing-related payments are supported, refund eligibility may depend on cancellation terms, provider settlement, owner/admin approval, fraud review, and applicable consumer protection requirements.

How to Request a Review
