Accommodation Group Ltd provides a multi-country accommodation platform for discovering listings, publishing properties, managing enquiries, completing verification, and using supported payment services. You must use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information.

Accommodation Group Ltd is the global platform company name. Each country operation is managed by its local accommodation group company and operates independently, applying its own local rules, support processes, and compliance requirements.

2. Accounts and Verification

You are responsible for your account details and activity. Certain services, including bookings, wallet payments, publishing, or withdrawals, may require identity, country, contact, and payment verification.

3. Listings and Content

Property owners, landlords, creators, and administrators must ensure listing content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. We may review, reject, suspend, archive, or remove listings that breach platform rules or local requirements.

4. Payments and Wallets

Payment availability depends on country configuration, provider availability, verification status, currency support, and compliance checks. Wallet balances, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals may be delayed where fraud, compliance, provider, or technical reviews are required.

5. Service Changes

We may update features, country coverage, payment providers, fees, verification rules, or operating procedures to improve reliability, security, compliance, and user experience.
